about-bannerNumdaji Kwei Children’s Centre is a purpose built non-profit centre providing quality care for 44 children per day. The Centre is located on the grounds of RMIT University in a beautiful semi-rural setting bounded by heritage-listed redgums. The name, meaning ‘white mate’, was given to the Centre by the Wurundjeri Land Council. The Wurundjeri people were the original inhabitants of the land on which the Centre is located.

Our experienced and highly dedicated staff care and educate for children aged 3 months to commencement of school. Our open door policy provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for all children and families. The centres three children’s rooms promote a welcoming, child focused environment for children of similar ages. The 3-5 room incorporates an interactive and exciting 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten Program implemented by a Bachelor Trained Educator.

Our natural outdoor play space allows the children the opportunities to explore nature and the environment first hand.
